Smart resort Configuring
Configuring – this program allows you to configure the system to its functional operation. In this module the necessary directories, information on the number of rooms and medical base is added. In order to work in the software package for each employee an individual account with username (login) and password is created. There are restrictions on access to each module depending on the specified «role» of the user.
The module has the following functions:
- adding general information about the resort;
- adding and editing data on existing buildings (buildings) of the resort;
- adding guides for equipment, facilities, furniture for rooms;
- adding rooms and linking them with the building, and the category;
- adding new or edit existing services;
- editing the tariffs for each category in the building;
- tariffs input taking into account the value-added tax;
- adding the percentage of discounts or fixed amount;
- adding medical procedures, doctors' offices, adjustment of medical devices;
- creation and editing of accounts (users) in the system;
- uploading data to external systems, import/export price-lists.
