Smart resort: Treatment

Treatment - this module is a logical continuation of «Smart resort». After registration and settlement, the vacationer gets appointment procedure at the physician. Doctor and medregistrator, with the help of the module, can see the load schedule of treatment rooms - and, therefore, can quickly pick up the necessary procedures strictly for a certain time. This module eliminates the tedious queues of vacationers, increasing comfort and gives you the opportunity to evenly distribute the load on the treatment rooms. As a result all medical offices will be occupied fully and as efficiently as possible, which will allow to realize a greater number of medical services.

The module has the following functions:

• quick search on various parameters of the patient;
• the ability to add, edit, and delete patient (independently from the registry and reservations);
• the appointment of vacationers' procedures (specifying the number, purpose, time);
• viewing appointment procedures;

• prompt reassignment of the procedure to the next day;
• the possibility of duplication of procedures (ie the appointment of one and the same procedure for one day to one vacationer), the distribution of the available treatments for physicians;
• the type of distribution for each procedure by the default, such as every day massage;

• time appointment procedures manually or automatically;
• early assignment procedures, ie vacationers who are not currently checked-in, and will come in a week, month, etc.;
• view on procedures, the ability to de-assign procedures quickly to a specific date and time;

• lock procedures (displaying the actual picture of the occupied procedures, without being tied to a specific vacationer or simply lock;
• a specialized form of the fisrt examination by physician;
• diagnosis, supported by ICD-10;
• the appointment of paid procedures followed by the possibility of automatic cancellation in case of non-payment;
• the ability to print the contract for paid medical services;
• electronic medical history;
• search case histories on various parameters;
• creating a printable version of the leaf - the procedures and the ability to send the schedule procedures to the vacationers' mailbox (phone, tablet);
• analysis of occupancy of treatment rooms;
• making up the schedule of working hours of treatment rooms;
• system provides accounting and control of released procedures, in accordance with the approval of the appointment of the attending physician. The attending physician has the ability to keep track of the procedures attended by patients;
• supporting working places: physicians, consultants, head of the medical department;
